This is consistent with the fact that when I bring up the right click mouse menu in MPC-HC to select audio streams, MPC-HC doesn't label them with any languages:īut then I opened the same video files in video transcoding software like XMediaRecode and DVDShrink, and they identify the languages: ![]() I thought perhaps the audio streams haven't been authored with the correct language ID's or whatever MPC-HC uses to identify the languages. MPC-HC has a feature to allow us to preference english which I have enabled, however this doesn't work. I have some movies which have multiple language audio tracks, and english is not the first in terms of ordering, eg: ![]()
